Featured Spirit
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Gin
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- Topo Chico
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients (except Topo Chico) into a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake fiercely for 30 seconds.
- Strain your festive elixir into a Collins glass and add ice.
- Top off with Topo Chico and garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a lemon wedge.
- You know what to do!
