ICE-Elation Lemonade
Remember when it was warm? We sure do. If you happen to live further south like us Houstonians (where we have seasons like cool, warm, hot, and boiling) you’ll be able to enjoy this beverage mid-December.
Best served
In warmer climates: With the AC set to 65°F (to get into the holiday spirit). In colder climates: In a hot tub. Wait...is that a lobster?

- 1 ½ oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
Simple Syrup Ingredients:
- 8 oz strawberries, stems removed and sliced (1.5 cups, measured)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
Cocktail Instructions:
- Combine the rosé, strawberry simple syrup and lemon juice in a 12 oz Ball jar and fill with crushed ice.

- Pour blender contents back into the jar, pop your fanciest straw in, and garnish with a strawberry and lemon wedge.
Simple Syrup Instructions:
- Combine the strawberries, water and sugar in a saucepan set over medium-high heat, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, until the liquid is deep red and the strawberries are soft..
