Recipe

Featured Ingredient: Gin

  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 oz Treaty Oak (from Dripping Springs)
  • Antique Gin (or for a variation use your favorite Spiced Rum)
  • 1 oz Merrys Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream
  • 2 tbsp Barton Creek Crossing (from ATX)
  • Pumpkin Butter
  • 1 cup of Ice
  • Garnish: Penzeys Pie Spice (HTX), Thyme
  1. Place the egg white in a shaker with no ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  2. Add the gin, Irish cream, pumpkin butter and ice into the shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with pie spice and two sprigs of thyme.
