Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Orange Vodka
  • 1 oz Blackberry Liqueur
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • Garnish: Lemon Slice

Instructions:

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds or until frothy.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again to chill.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice.
