Featured Spirit
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Bourbon
- ¾ oz Amaro
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 3 Dashes of Sassafras Bitters (optional)
- 3 Luxardo Cherries
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients (except bitters) into a shaker without ice and dry shake for about a minute.
- Add ice and shake again until the outside of the shaker gets frosty.
- Pour shaker contents into a coupe glass.
- Add three dashes of bitters.
- Garnish with cherries.
