BE Pumpkin Pie Flip

It’s the taste of fall and the Texas Hill Country in a single glass. It’ll satisfy that pumpkin-spice craving and have you grinnin’ like a possum eatin’ a sweet tater.

Ingredients:
- 1 Egg White
- 2 oz Treaty Oak (from Dripping Springs) Antique Gin (or for a variation use your favorite Spiced Rum)
- 1 oz Merrys Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream
- 2 tbsp Barton Creek Crossing (from ATX) Pumpkin Butter
- 1 cup of Ice
- Garnish: Penzeys Pie Spice (HTX), Thyme
Instructions:
- Place the egg white in a shaker with no ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Add the gin, Irish cream, pumpkin butter and ice into the shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with pie spice and two sprigs of thyme.
