Strategy Team Hires
Priscilla Andrade: Strategy Consultant
A brand strategy superstar, Priscilla shines brightest when she can build meaningful relationships that make brands stronger. Her deep expertise matched with her impeccable communication skills make her an invaluable teammate who pushes every project to new heights.
Right after earning her degree in marketing from UTSA, Priscilla began working in marketing and advertising roles at major brands, including more than a decade in-house at H-E-B. After moving to Austin, her agency experience gave her the opportunity to continue working on strategy and public relations for brands such as Whataburger, Subway, AT&T and more.
When she’s not coming up with new ideas for brands, Priscilla is brainstorming her next trip abroad—she tries to visit another country once per year. She primarily works remotely from Austin, where she loves attending local sporting events and music festivals, along with watching over her nephew, nieces and cat.
Darius Gordon: Program Management Consultant
With his calm, measured approach to problem solving, Darius is a master of keeping all the plates spinning on a project. He approaches every challenge with empathy to keep a level head and successful project plans, using his skills in relationship building and project management to keep everything on track.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Darius’ career has spanned project management and performance tracking for such organizations as the New York Department of Homeless Services and foster outreach networks. Throughout his many years in the social work field, he developed a skill set that requires driven organization, communication and precise planning to execute complex projects with huge impact.
Outside the office, Darius can often be found in his garage working on cars—he loves the process of refining his mechanical craft while fixing up a machine. He also enjoys photography, journaling and playing his acoustic guitar.

Emily is based in Austin and loves to travel. She lived in San Francisco for over 12 years and recently spent several months traveling along the Pacific Northwest coast, and is always looking for her next destination for new experiences or foods. She also enjoys a good hike, painting, live music, and spending time with her cat, Beatrix, and her husband, John.
